Designer and Creative Direction
Hemant & Nandita was founded by Indian designer duo Hemant Lalwani and Nandita Raipurani. Nandita leads the label’s creative design direction, blending vibrant Indian textile traditions with feminine, contemporary resortwear silhouettes.
A romantic Hemant & Nandita mini skirt rendered in a soft blush-pink palette with painterly roses, green foliage and subtle multicolor accents. The lightweight fabric features a tonal geometric texture that adds depth and dimension to the floral design.
A fitted waistband defines the waist before opening into an intricately layered silhouette with cascading asymmetric ruffles and softly flared movement. The dimensional construction gives the skirt an effortlessly feminine character while preserving the label’s signature bohemian resortwear sensibility.
Style it with an ivory silk camisole and metallic sandals for a garden celebration, or pair it with a fitted knit and ballet flats for a polished daytime look.
